Who will win NHL playoff - Detroit Red Wings or Pittsburgh Penguins?

Hockey is a great famous sporting game, which is known in entire the world. It has its fans as well. People are eager to play it in their vacations and many competitions are hold regarding it as well. In fact, it is popular in North America and called Ice Hockey, which is played on ice. In United Kingdom, it’s known as Field Hockey, while it’s played on the land. In addition, there are other types of this incredible game, such as roller hockey, shinny, or street hockey also.

NHL, the National Hockey League is referred to thirty teams of North America. Actually, it’s regarded as the first professional league of ice hockey in the entire world.

Detroit Red Wings is considered the strongest team of ice hockey in North America. This team, basically, won the most championships of Stanley Cup, and considered in the third rank of all NHL championships as well.

 Pittsburgh Penguins is referred to the great professional ice hockey team too. It based in Pittsuburgh, in Pennsylvania. This team is a member of NHL. The team played previously in Mellon Arena and won two cups of Stanley cups, in the years 1991, 1992, respectively.

 During all the last days, there were many predictions about who will win NHL playoff. Consequently, many people were hurrying to submit their bid on the winner. Everyone was persuaded that his team would be the winner. Both of teams had trained well and did the utmost of their efforts.

 Predictions were made based on the beginning of Saturday games, where both teams mastered their styles into the finals. While the Red Wings had lost four games, the Penguins had lost only two in 2008 hockey playoffs. Those predictions declared that Pittsburgh Penguins was playing perfectly during the year with Evgeni Malkin and Sidney Crosby who led the road. They could pick up much great scoring punch. As to Detroit Red Wings, they could lead by incredible players, while they scored from every place in the ice. They were distinguished with their fast movement. The forecast was referring to the Red Wings as a winner. Red Wings is entertained with all qualifications of experience, energy, and enthusiastic as well.

 Yet, in June 5, the truth is announced. Detroit Red Wings has won 2008 NHL. They gained 3-2 against the Pittsburgh Penguins. As the announcement of media, the hot match had been proceeded and the Red Wings could shut down the other team in the third stage. The Red Wings won the cup already!

 Actually, the Red Wings deserves that victory, despite that Penguins tried all their best faithfully. Thus, the Red Wings had the 2008 Stanley Cup.
