Gavin Griffin of the United States won the 2007 PokerStars.com European Poker Tour Grand Final, beating out 705 of the world’s top players to scoop the first prize of €1.825m ($2.5m).
Griffin, who became the youngest player to win a World Series bracelet in 2004 at the age of 22, qualified for the EPT Grand Final via a $240 Double Shoot out satellite on PokerStars.
