Wimbledon 2008, the Grand Slam on the surface favorite Roger Federer: the lawn, will be the next big tournament tennis world to try to win that 128 players from June 23 until July 6, in an intense struggle on their perfect green fields.

The Wimbledon is the oldest and most prestigious of the World, and crowned champion of that involves a global recognition that persists over time, and also the claw, skill, technique, fitness and luck needed to achieve Azaña.

Azaña that Roger Federer is already accustomed to achieve, given that since 2003 has won in concecutiva!:

* Faced with Mark Philippoussis in 2003 by 7-6 (5) 6-2 7-6 (3).
* Faced with Andy Roddick in 2004 by 4-6 7-5 7-6 (3) 6-4.
* Faced with Andy Roddick in 2005 by 6-2 7-6 (2) 6-4.
* Compared to Rafael Nadal in 2006 by 6-0 7-6 (5) 6-7 (2) 6-3.
* Compared to Rafael Nadal in 2007 by 7-6 (7) 4-6 7-6 (3) 2-6 6-2.

And to David Nalbandian agreed in 2002, compared to losing whatever the number 1 of the World, by Lleyton Hewitt 6-1 6-3 6-2.

By 2008, Wimbledon will spread the modest sum of £ 11,812,000 (£ 750000 in the men’s tournament) in addition to 1,000 ranking points for the winner.
