Blatter reiterates confidence in South Africa 2010 dismissing other headquarters . The president of Fifa, Joseph Blatter congratulated through an informed Nelson Mandela, former president of South Africa, for his 90 birthday, while it has reiterated its confidence that this country is ultimately the organizer of the World 2010, thanks to “its determination, strength and dignity.” For weeks been speculating with the possibility that the World Cup change of destination and passing in 2010 at the hands of other countries, such as Brazil.
