LOS ANGELES, United States, Jan. 18, 2009 .- Brian Skinner scored 18 points and the Los Angeles Clippers were replenished by the low injury to Marcus Camby imposed on Saturday night 101-92 by the Milwaukee Bucks and thus put an end to a row of 12 defeats in a row.
The Clippers, whose run of defeats began precisely with a crushing 119-85 defeat at Milwaukee on December 20, played the last 8:53 minutes without Camby, who twisted his left ankle when falling ill while trying to retrieve a rebound Steve Novak missed shot.
The Clippers won 83-76 on Camby when he was helped to reach the dressing room. Camby, the second best in the league in rebounds in 31 minutes of play had scored 18 points and 11 recovered rebotes.Los Clippers, who have only 10 players able to play because of injuries Zach Randolph, Baron Davis, Chris Kaman Mike Taylor and Jason Hart had beaten Milwaukee in nine of their last 12 outings in total and eight of its last nine games in Los Angeles.
