Guardiola does not trust in the Copa del Rey

BARCELONA, Spain, Jan. 13, 2009 .- Josep Guardiola, the Barcelona coach, does not want to admit that his favorite team is the eighth round of the finals of the Copa del Rey and recalled that “if there is historically a dangerous team “coperas in these playoffs, that’s Atletico Madrid.
Admits that the round is on track, but not resolved. He feels optimistic about his team’s performance, especially after the two training sessions conducted after the victory at Osasuna.
“If there is a dangerous team, historically is Atletico Madrid, a group in which there have been unforeseen results, with many goals. It’s a team in Spain, with many arguments, and very good players,” Guardiola insisted.
