After seven years of frustration, the Lakers (57-14) will win again to Pistons (34-37) in the Palace of Auburn Hills (the last time was in January 2002).
It was a comfortable 92-77 to a team that felt particularly low in three of its top figures: Allen Iverson Rasheed Wallace and Richard Hamilton , all injured.
Kobe Bryant excelled with 30 points for Angelinos while Derek Fisher contributed 15 Pau Gasol 12 (and 11 rebounds) and Lamar Odom 12 (and 10 rebounds ).
