Cristiano wants to stay in Manchester, ‘home’

LONDON, England, May 24th 2009 .- The Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo now says he wants to stay next season in Manchester United, the club he described as his “home.”
“This is my home. I say that although my heart is here, people serguirá talking and inventing things. This is where I play,” published this Sunday newspaper News of the World English on the Portuguese.
Ronaldo, who last year hid his desire to sign for Real Madrid, still occupies the front pages of newspapers for sports, to speculate that a transfer to the millionaire club in the Spanish capital.
“We are part of an era that may make history by the way we play and won trophies. The boss (Alex Ferguson) and the team believes in me. This is where I want to be. The Manchester United is now my home,” Cristiano Ronaldo said.
On Wednesday, the Manchester could win his fourth Champions League, second row, if defeated Barcelona in the final to be held in the Olympic stadium in Rome. Moreover, the “Red Devils” and this season won the League Cup and their third consecutive Premier League.
