Turf Solutions Group’s was chosen by Baseball Holdings LLC to provide design and planning services for a new 100-acre baseball-training complex being developed in Charlotte, North Carolina. Former major league infielder Jeff Schaefer, Senior VP/Baseball Operations at The Carolinas Baseball Center, says the facility will showcase high-level young baseball talent selected nationwide aged 14 years and older. The complex, when completed, would include 12 to 20 synthetic fields, three dorms, a dining facility and an indoor practice area of 30,000 square feet. (PRWeb Apr 13, 2010)
